Implementation

Epiphany’s experienced consultants will work with your implementation team to achieve a smooth delivery of Risk Network into your organisation.

We are able to advise on options for rollout, training, data import, and data cleansing. A critical part of any implementation is the effective delivery of end user training. We can work with your in-house trainers to develop a training programme, or provide the training directly to the end users. The aim of all our training is to ensure that future Risk Network users understand their part in the organisation’s risk management process and are confident in using the Risk Network system, resulting in a robust risk management framework for your organisation.

On-going support

Epiphany understands that we need to work within your current IT support arrangements, whether internal or out-sourced. We provide full support to nominated system administrators or existing help-desks. All support issues are routed through our centralised support management portal whether they are logged by telephone or online – giving you full visibility of our interaction with your organisation.

To ensure this on-going support is as seamless as possible, we will liaise in advance with your IT team to agree working arrangements and processes. Since we are focused only on supporting our products – we can be flexible and our specialisation enables us to offer a better service.

Updates

Risk Network is constantly evolving and improving. At regular intervals we release new versions of the standard software package – all of which is included in our annual licence fee.

To that end we will agree communication protocols with you for new version releases and related processes. We can provide staged release environments and full change control logs – all you need to ensure that Risk Network continues to add value not hassle.
