Risk Network takes the strain out of preparing risk reports. With just a few clicks, users can produce reports in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Excel formats which are tailored specifically for their needs. The range of high quality PDF reports can be delivered straight to the boardroom table - not only presenting accurate and timely data, but also considerably reducing the effort of preparation.

You can create templates to define how you want your standard reports to appear. Your report queries and templates can be saved for future use so that your customised reports can be run time after time in the same format, but with the very latest data. It's all automated and made incredibly easy to do.

Require a deeper analysis?

Imagine you want to run something unique, a one off instance where you need to check some specific data contained within the system. Risk Network allows you to do just that. It contains powerful query building capabilities to extract the data you need, and the ability to create report templates to show that data in the way that you want.

You can interrogate by objective, by classification, or by place within the organisation, as well as by date range, risk score and many, many other parameters.

Assurance or annual reporting

With your reports set up, you, your auditors, your board of directors, and even local managers can run reports to see how their area of the organisation is doing. Producing reports is now a simple activity. Assurance activities and compliance, along with good GSR, can all be evidenced.

Proactive notifications and digests

To ensure that nothing is lost 'between the floor boards' Risk Network is able to send automatic email notifications and alerts. The system monitors when updates are required, for example when a risk review date is overdue, and also identifies when users need to be warned about changes which may impact their area of responsibility.

Personal daily or weekly digests are available by email for each user if required. These provide the user with a summary of all their risk information that has been changed in some way since the last digest.

Track past performance and plan for the future

Risk Network tracks every change to all objectives and risks, which, over time, builds into a valuable repository of historic data. From this, managers can:
